Our Support Desk is available 24/7 for electronic enquiries which can be submitted through our Support Portal. We also extend defined Service Level Agreements for most types of enquiry, and a support ticket service.

Our Data Zoo service follows the Agile framework, and via this methodology we can meet response times consistently and offer solutions around service levels and redundancy capabilities. We provide nearly infinite scalability and rapid deployment, resulting in cleaner, easier implementation and efficient integration.
We offer reliable data security and ensure that our data is stored in multiple tier 3+ world-class data centres. These data centres are currently located in Auckland, Sydney, Singapore and China. Personal Identifiable Information (PII) does not leave the country of origin, and we implement permission-based consumer verification with a yes/no response only. To adhere to audit and compliance regulations, Data Zoo supplies an Audit Certificate and AML compliance certification on all our services. We also engage in an external review of system penetration and vulnerability levels.
